Notice of Grinder Mill Operation

In order to operate safely, the operator must start and shutdown the powder grinder mill according to the certain sequence.
Before the powder grinder mill is started, check whether all the maintenance doors are closed tightly, and the rotating speed of the classifier shall be adjusted in conformity of the required fineness of the finished powder.
Then, turn on the grinding machine according to the following sequence:
Firstly turn on the dustpan elevator;
Then turn on the jaw crusher;
Turn on the classifier after the hopper is fed with materials;
Turn on the blower (It starts with no load. You can load when the blower runs normally);
Turn on the main frame. and after that immediately turn on the electromagnetic vibrating feeder. Then the power grinder mill is started.
Turn off the machine in the following sequence:
Turn off the feeder and stop feeding materials;
Turn off the main frame in one machine;
Turn off the blower after blowing off all the residual particles;
Turn off the classifier finally.
Note: The material is transported to the hopper by an elevator. When the material in the hopper reached a certain quantity, stop the crusher first and then the elevator. This operation depends on the quantity of the stored material.
In order to guarantee the operation safety, the Grinder Mill must not be lubricated under the normal operation. If any parts of the machines generates abnormal noises, or the load is suddenly raised up, turn off the machine immediately for checking and troubleshooting to prevent serious accidents. Before restarting the machine, take out the residual material first. Otherwise, the current materials will become so strong as to affect the startup operation.
